Cherry Pistachio Boursin Dip

Savoring one last bite of summer before the flavors fade... sweet peaches, fresh cherries, creamy Boursin, and a little hot honey heat.

This is the kind of snack you’ll want to linger over, maybe with a glass of chilled Sauvignon blanc and a friend who appreciates the good stuff.

WHAT YOU NEED:

2 packages garlic & herb @boursincheese

2 oz. peach preserves (@fischerandwieser is my Texas favorite)

4–5 fresh pitted cherries

1/4 cup chopped pistachios

Drizzle of @mikeshothoney

MAKE IT:

Smush the Boursin into your serving dish with a spoon. Spread slightly melted peach preserves over the cheese. Top with cherries, pistachios, and a drizzle of hot honey. Serve with a club cracker (because we know what’s good in life).
