Ingredients
Mojo Pork
1–1.5 lbs secreto pork steak (from Campo Grande)

1/3 cup olive oil
Juice of 2 oranges
Juice of 2 limes
6–8 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Bowls
Cooked white rice
Fresh cilantro, chopped
Lime wedges (optional)
Fresh sliced cucumber
Instructions
1. Make the Mojo
Whisk olive oil, orange juice, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
