Fully Loaded High Protein Spinach, Bacon & Artichoke Dip. It’s creamy, cheesy, a little spicy—and totally addictive. Serve it with bagel chips or bell peppers (aka nature’s chips) and watch it disappear.
✨ Recipe Breakdown ✨
* 1 lb fresh spinach
* Bacon grease (yes, this is the secret)
* 1 can quartered artichokes, drained
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 Tbsp dried onion
* 1 cup cottage cheese
* 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
* 1 tsp red chili flakes
How to:
1. Cook spinach in bacon grease until wilted.
2. Stir in artichokes, garlic powder, onion, cottage cheese, yogurt, and chili flakes.
3. Transfer to a baking dish, top with cheese, and bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
4. Finish with the crispy bacon you cooked earlier.
